Prime Minister vows to prioritise improvement of security

Somali prime minister Mohamed Hussein Roble has directed the security agencies to intensify operations to improve in the country ahead of the upcoming elections.

In a meeting with commanders of security of forces in Mogadishu, Mr. Roble underlined that his government is committed to create peaceful environment for public by resolving security challenges.

The prime minister urged the commanders to come up with plans to maintain the security the entire nation.

I urged you to double your good efforts and come up with efforts to implement security plans,” he told the commanders.

Mr. Roble pledged to come up well defined plans to upgrade cooperation between federal and regional security agencies.

“My government will do everything to improve the cooperation security agencies in federal and regional levels to make sure peace and security maintained,” he said.

Somali government is put more efforts to improve the security of country ahead of the elections.

SNA in cooperation with AMISOM have accelerated operations against al-Shabaab fighters in south and central Somalia.
